probs with 5.14

After installing driver5.14 for G200/win2k.
This hard to belive problem occurs: The machine which is on my home lan triggers a dial-up through ics on the machine with the modem connected when I log on after a cold boot. Uninstalling 5.14 and reinstalling 5.03 cures it! I have tried this several times and it is most certainly the 5.14 drivers to blame. anyone else suffering in this way?

very strange. have you set internet options on client pc to not dialup?

I also have many problems with 5.14 under win 2000, my system (abit ka7-100 and thunderbird 700) ever crashes if I don't disable agp 4x from bios
