Old Matrox Millenium and Win2k

Hi!

I wonder if it's possible to use powerdesk in win2k with the old Matrox Millenium? I want this to be able to select non standard refresh rates (50Hz, Interlaced) for use with a vga2tv converter.
If you know another way to select refresh rates freely, please tell me.
