  • Cannot Install PowerDesk

When I try to install my G450 dualhead LE, it work fine, but PowerDesk do not appear in the tray icon, and do not work properly.
I try to launch it from the explorer, but windows answer me that I do not have supported hardware.
    So I can't use my 2 screens...
I run Win 98 SE, direct X 8, and a lot of classic programs (photoshop, flash, dreamweaver, director, etc...).

    Please ! Help me !!

You mean that the quick desk icon does not apear in the tray??

Try downloading the latest drivers from www.matrox.com/mga then uninstall your old driver by using the add/remove option that can be found in the control panel then install the latest drivers!

Did you uninstall the old drivers first? What motherboard are you using? Is the matrox sharing IRQ with any other devices?

You have to uninstall and install exactly as I outlined in that thread otherwise it will not work.
