Mmmmm...all this talk of food made me make pizza last night. I made the dough from scratch, and it came out nice and soft...ooh its so good.
I used a thick layer of slightly diluted tomato paste (it makes a much better sauce than tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce). Then added a some spices to it. Pepperoni and motzerella(?) cheese to top it off.
Man that's some good stuff. And I haven't made pizza in YEARS! I need to do it more often. And since it takes an hour to order from Pappa Johns or Pizza Slut, I can have my pizza ready in a little longer time. Too bad I'm writing this at work or I'd go get some now.
