oops, typo. Its supposed to be fløde, not flode. That's what I get for not writing in Danish as much as I should. The literal translation is red jello (kind of) with whipped cream. Danes love asking us Americans to say that, and we always reply by asking them to say 'refrigerated vegtables'.

BTW, I don't think it is possible to phonetically write how to 'properly' say that.
