Auto-resolution changer?

I'm looking for a program (or set of batch file commands) that will:

1. set resolution to 640x480x256
2. run game (Diablo)
3. on game exit, set resolution back to 1024x768x16

Am running a G200/5.03 on Win2K.
Is this possible?
