VIDEO/GRAPHICS CARD HELP

I have a Matrox G400-TV card and I am running Adobe Premiere. I would also like to use a Canopus DV Raptor card. Would it be OK to run them both or would they conflict?
Win 98 SE is the operating software also
what sound card would you recommend.

I think even better than the Matrox Hardware forum would be the Desktop Video forum. That's where all the DV pros hang out.
