Montreal, Canada - Matrox Graphics Inc. today announced the first 2D, 3D, video, TV-Out and dual display graphics boards based on the Matrox G800 Chip Series and its new partnership with recording superstar, Ms. Britney Spears.
A powerhouse of breakthrough technologies and next-generation features, the Matrox Millennium G800 is outfitted with three unique, must-have features that distinguish it from all other graphics solutions: Matrox’s DualHead Display, built-in support for Environmental Bump Mapping and Matrox’s newest and most powerful feature

Each G800 will ship with over 700 specially processed .GIFS of Ms. Spears in an assortment of provocative poses. Utilizing Matrox's patented Vibrant 2D Ripple Effects, each image fully supports Environmental Bump Mapping, the first 2D process to do so. Coupled with Environmental Bump Mapping, Matrox's revolutionary RENDER SUBJECT NUDE will dramatically enhance the visual realism of 2D scenes with compelling details and special effects.
Matrox's RENDER SUBJECT NUDE feature supports all conventional image and movie formats including JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, MPEG, AVI, MOV, etc. It can also be implemented during DVD playback and while playing 3D games supported under Microsoft’s® DirectX™ 8.
Matrox offers support for Windows Millennium, 98, 95 and 3.1x; Windows 2000, NT 4.0, and 3.51, and O/S 2. An OpenGL ICD is also included with Matrox Millennium G800 Series boards for high-quality 3D applications--as if you'll need it.
