Okay, Guru, since you don't really think you're doing too much here, but for give people nonsense answers and pointing everyone to Seti&MURC in your every post/thread, I wonder what you're really doing here.

You didn't start to annoy me, you've been on my annoyance list for a long time. It almost looks these days as if you want the fori to be renamed to the Guru fori, instead of MURC. Us all becoming Guruians, instead of faithful Murcee as we've always been.

So, what's your excuse for being an pain in the ass on about every forum?

Look, if you want to be funny, be funny, but don't exaggerate! I know about that, I've been there, and it's not funny when you're not even trying to help!

Taking in example the thread by brittonmt

If you don't know how you can help, why answer there anyway, twice as well? Just to get your non-answering posts up?

If you don't know what to do with yourself, try to either get a life or get a real job that keeps you busy.

And inbetween try and learn something before you head into a thread. If you want to help someone on the more serious forums out there, learn about the trade. If you just want to be funny, stick to The Guru Box or Seti@Guru, please?

It's true Guru. It has been annoying for a long time now. Like I have said before, a little nonsense is expected here, you just seem to saturate this forum with it. Not a big problem for me though. I quit reading anything with your name on it a long time ago. I found it a waste of my time, but I still have to look at all the Guru crap every time I open the forum. Why not just stop it?

I find this interesting since the same exact thing happened about 2 months ago when...shit, I can't remember his name for some reason...anyway, he started the "you know what I hate" thread and someone bitched at him because they felt he was posting nonesense all of the time. Everyone else jumped in and said they liked it when he posted nonesense and they enjoyed reading his posts, so now everyone has a different opinion when Guru posts...hmmm? Personally, I feel that Guru has been helping to keep the moral going around with no new video card to talk about. He is very active in the Seti forums which most of you aren't. Last but not least, it's just a fricken forum and someone is just trying to have a little fun. RELAX PEOPLE!

What I don't get is this: if you don't like what somebody's saying, then just don't read it (seems as though some of you have already done this). There isn't really any reason to tell somebody to stop saying things unless it is really detrimental to the forum. Personally, I think a little joke here and there is a good thing. I also think it is very important for regular members to respond to new members, whether or not they have the question. Hell, I've been here for a while and a lot of my questions go unanswered by anybody. Kinda makes me feel like not participating sometimes. Even if someone posts a joke it makes me feel better than no post at all.

Just a couple thoughts.

Oh it's not that I take criticism badly but when someone says that I have been polluting the whole MURC forum with crap posts whitout a single link.....
If it would have been a new member(or non moderator) saying this he would have been flamed! Plus that I think Jorden as a moderator should not make fun of people as he did to me a wile back becouse of my bad english!!!!
Oh and about me knowing more about computers then Jord. I work at a computer shop taking care: repairs, building & upgrading computers, techincal support(phone), on site service,basic cellular phone repairs etc. So I think I know "the trade"!
