Listen, there is nothing wrong with getting new hardware. If I said there was, I would be a hypocrite. I buy new hardware pretty regularly, and pauly is even worse (shame on you paul!).

There is nothing wrong with buying a different brand of video card, either. Again, I would be a hypocrite if I said so. I have purchased several different brands of video cards since I bought my G400. The only thing that makes me different than you is that I have different priorities for the systems I use, and end up using my Matrox card again, and sell the card I just bought to someone.

ALBPM is "ALBuquerque Paul Mahl" I know, totally devoid of imagination or creativity. I did that when I first got online because my brother told me not to use any part of my real name for security and privacy. Pretty bland stuff.


I can't remember who started calling me Pauly first. It was either Jorden, Maggi or our old buddy Lukey. But it stuck....LOL

When your parents name you after a cigarette you tend to get used to nicknames (Paul Mahl)...

Winston, Lucky Strike, Pall Mall, Pell Mell, Ciggy...etc....

Here in New Mexico most just call me "Pablo".

At work they've been calling me "Darth" since the last Star Wars movie. Not because I'm a mean SOB, all the time...LOL.
My Manager started that one. Normally, I'm an "Amiable Analytical" personality type but when my Manager really wants me to tear into an issue in the FAB he calls me "Darth".
