Hey everyone

I was assigned to design a new layout for MURC by the GA office a couple weeks ago, and now it's almost complete. The coding part should be done withing a week or so, and by then matroxusers.com will get a different, and hopefully a better look. By then if you have any complaints regarding the layout, email me or Ant and we'll do what's best for MURC and its users.

I must say I really like the forums, very lively. Hopefully I'll learn more about Matrox and the G450. I have the Voodoo Banshee by 3Dfx and GeForce 2 MX by nVidia, but never owned a Matrox card.

I wonder if maybe you could make the whole page have a darker background.. even light gray would do. Watching huge white areas for a prolonged time make my eyes strain even @85 Hz. Must be the Matrox G400's overly vibrant colors.

I can't exactly recall who, but somewhere in a MU users logo thread, someone posted a design for a background that was really kickass for MURC... it had some of the sections listed of the MURC site on it already... let me find it

If you are editing the main page of MURC I don't read it anyway so I don't care.

If you are editing the look of the forums, you can increase the size of the edit window. Also here's a vote for keeping white or allowing the user to select a theme, all black forums remind me of unix dumb terminals.

Hey, can I make a request?

There's a board feature that I've seen on other similar boards that I'd LOVE to see here.

The "who posted last" option, under the "date last posted" it would show who has the last post.

A minor thing but so helpful when scanning through posts.
