The first season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer will not be released in the US until, apparently, the 4th Quarter of this year. Meanwhile, season after season are being released in the UK and Australia.
In any case, Patrick's thread gets me addicted to the damn show. ("C'mon. The first one's free. Don't be a wuss. All the kids are watching it. ) As I mentioned earlier, this necessitates my downloading increasing large MPEG's from newsgroups to watch the current episodes.
I'd like to see some older episodes, however, and I found a Region 1 compatible set on EBay. They're quite rare, and I had the high bid for most of the week at $103.50. Things picked up last night however. This is what it eventually went for:
It's called Angel. I saw the first episode, they started about a year ago.
