Howdy all...I was extremely bored this evening so I figured I would play with all the neat windows things. When styling up my desktop I found there was no way to make the icon text background transparent. If anyone knows how to do this in Win2k I would love to know. Thanks all.

Hmmm I had a small program, that you could add to your startup menu, that would do the trick.
Worked in NT/98/95... don´t know ´bout W2K though, but I´ll try and look for it!If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

I didn't try this out myself, but with a program like WindowsBlinds you can give your whole Windows GUI a makeover.
Including gizmo's like making your Startmenu transparent and such. The path I walk alone is endlessly long.
It's 30 minutes by bike, 15 by bus.
Puni puni poemi

I use Pact SetColour which is part of their 12 Ghosts collection, the other 11 utils are quite good as well.
