Hum BTinternet down again
Is it worth paying for this junk. I would use AOL but I don't like how there software takes over your system and possibly trashes it.

Switch to NTL if they are in your area, apart from a few teething preoblems some time back I've found the service great both on dial up and cable modem. -
My sister called me last night about AOL. Her foolish husband installed AOL on their computer. Now they can't remove it...the entire thing runs slow...and they can't surf the web without AOL pop-ups everywhere.
AOL SUCKS!!!

NTL dialup is reasonable, I only really stick with it for the cost. I live out in the sticks, so only get connected at 36K
But, recently, there has been a rapid degradation in performance and reliability. On and off problems for about 3 months, seems ok just now...but still not too fast (even for a 36K).
Don't think anyone else will be too much better...and I can't get broadband!

Guess what it just went down again for half n Hour. And the basterds what me to use the service more. Any thats one complaint to their customer services.Comment
