I guess some people just don't know how to set up their systems. I have three via chipset based systems and have no problems out of any of them.

                  Sucks.

I am cautiously optimistic about the nVidia chipsets just around the corner. Real Dolby Digital 5.1 from DirectX audio? Cool. I'll let somebody else debug the first batch or two of them, though.

To borrow a word from Thundrchez,

                        Optimistic.

The VIA choice hasn't hurt me either.
