Over sleeping can to lead to tiredness paradoxically enough.
It's been unusually warm in the UK lately, what with double figures in the celcius scale , that might be the probelem, sleep in your fidge.

Dont eat, take caffeine(tea, coffee, chocy), alcohol or exercise for atleast 2 hours before you go to bed, let your body wind down.

Altenatively it just could be a subconsious craving for that G550.

Hehe my friends tell me that all the time. But I hate sports.

Alarm clocks never worked for me, for some reason. I try not to sleep too late now (no later than 1AM) but I still end up waking up around 12PM everyday.

I had the same problem untill i took a cardbaord and placed it in front of the window in my room.

Try to make it pitch dark and see if you don't sleep better..
