      Hi Spazm
Although I haven't heard of cola affecting one's muscles, but I have come across articles which state that drinking a lot of cola might result in calcium depletion, especially of the teeth. As a result of loss of calcium, as one grows older, the chances of bones getting fractured will increase more than normal!

Impressive, you look like you could crush coke cans with your hands, without bothering to open and empty them :O

Meaning that bones and teeth are easyer to break... hmm i wonder if that's what happened to my last teeth, i broke it easyly with my tooth brush.

That might had been what my uncle told me... can't remember the details it was months ago.

          Thanks for the info.

no i'm not that much crazy. But you can't even imagine what sort of mix i've done with certain things. Like putting cayenne pepper on a pizza.... damn that thing was hot!

ALBPM: That is so cool! I am by no means in competition shape, I am just a big guy. I am 6 ft 1 and average between 205 and 215 pounds. I have been up to 270 pounds and was REALLY strong, but was more like a powerlifter in appearance. I cut it back to 200 and then started the "building" phase again. I would like to pack on another 15-20 pounds of muscle, but have hit a plateau. I have a lot of respect for the guys that have the initiative and the self discipline to get their body fat down to 3 or 4%.

I started on a gym to get into shape (no round is not a shape).

Added 20 kilos of muscles and only losed 10 of the non desireable fat.

Then I caught something realy nasty and was bed linked for a month and very very discuraged by the doktor to even think about gym in at least acouple of months.

I actualy lost more weight when I was Sick than when I pumped pistons (all the gym machines used compressed air insted of weights).

When i finaly was well again the gym closed - forewer...

                  Round is my shape

The dieting for the contests sucks .... 8 weeks of low fat/low carbs makes you crazy...LOL Just ask Oboy, he worked with me back in those years...

I actually haven't worked out much since 96. I decided I needed to have a "life" but have been craving excercise lately. Intel has a really nice gym with lots of free weights, squat racks and all the essential stuff. I may start spending my lunch hours over there.

I'm only 5ft 9.5" and not heavy boned so it was a lot of work for me to put on any mass. Since I haven't been lifting in recent years I dropped down to 190 lbs and am getting a bit of a gut...LOL

My metabolism slowed down finally and FOOD likes me way too much
