This has to be the absoult worst backround I've ever seen for a web page. I looked at it and my eyes started to bug out!

The sad thing is that I've seen worse.

Although this one does have that "freshly vomitted on" look that is very rarely achieved!.

Anyone else catch that? I would expect better than "pretty good" from that combo.

Well from what I gather Max Pane is what your 3dMark2001 engine is based on. The Kyro has some issues with this benchmark and their was consern that it wouldn't run it well. Plus the Specs for the game for best performance started at 1Ghz plus a 32 or 64MB Video card!

It's eye catching... especially in Mozilla which loads the text first on a white background, then loads the background
