There is such a "special" section mentioned in the (german) text on this site. http://www.user.xpoint.at/mda/anime/
But when you click on it, it's "closed due to misuse".....

I have over 3 GB of anime music videos Total there are about 100 of them. That's not including the ones I've lost from hard drive crashes and the really crappy ones that I've deleted.

If I had any decent uploading capabilities I would post them for you. Maybe when my Dad gets tpremium DSL (8 Mb down, 1.5 Mb up), I'll setup an FTP for you guys to browse them.
