Thank you, that'll come in VERY handy on the local RR newsgroup. They've just announced that they're going to cap our up and downstream speeds at 1/3 the original speed. Downstream will now be 3 Mb/s, upstream 256 kb/s: 384 kB/s and 32 kB/s.
