Matrox-Nvidia Lawsuit

I've seen this posted over the past year and half. From what I gathered...some Matrox engineers where wooed over to Nvidia to work for them and they voliated some law(s) in doing this. My question is has this suite come to trial yet and what is the outcome of it? I understand that Matrox is an privately owned company and wouldnt really talk about this, but on the other hand you have Nvidia which is publicly owned and would have to answer to its stockholders on this issue.......

Actually, this whole area has been pretty quiet. nVidia isn't talking either.

I thought right after Nvidia came out with their own law suit against Matrox for some stupid reason and then a few months after it got settled!
