  • So, who Liked/Disliked the Enterprise Theme??

    Sorry. That's not the song.

    I could've swore it was.

    /edit

aha! It's the song from the commercial, not the opening.

The opening song is "Faith in the Heart" by Rod Stewart.

        Big mistake...
I just watched the first half an hour of the first part, and I was quite surprised about that themesong.

I have nothing against a theme song versus an instrumental. However, I couldn't find the choice, "no, Rod Stewart sucks! I haven't been able to stomach Rod Stewart since Maggie May, and I heard that song about 10,000 times too often." So I checked off the only choice that started with "no."

My appologies to any Rod Stewart fans out there.

          Do ya think I'm sexy?

I just don't get why they would pick an artist whose main audience is 50+ women to do the theme song for a sci-fi show whose main audience is 15-40 men. Can you say "Duhhhh"?

Hey isn't this why they made the Fast Forward Button?

Best description I've seen for that song has been:

                  "It's a bad Whitesnake B-Side"

Horrible song. Wouldn't matter if (insert hot singer babe here) sang it naked. Still a bad song.

The theme song blows extreme chunks!

And considering all the half nekked woman in the show "If you think I'm sexy" woulda been a better choice.

Personally I think they shoulda gotten RATM to do the theme song.

The song would be fine if you played it on some adult contemporary station. It just doesn't match the theme of the show.

You can't very well put actions shots behind this song and make it look cool.

I watched a taping of Enterprise last night. I thought the show itself was decent (not NG good, though). The theme sucked. I almost puked.
