The train company involved has been fined 2 million pounds for it's crapness. However a thousand a week trains will still be cancelled. So much for privatised transport
Chief Lemon Buyer no more Linux sucks but not as much
Weather nut and sad git.
Arriva Northern said about 6 months ago that they were spending lots of money training new drivers but they kept leaving to other train companies. They should have done something about this then. Pit’s right about the bus service in Sheffield, there once was a time when it was entirely run by the Council and paid for by Sheffield residents. Back then you could get anywhere in the City centre for 5 pence.
Public transport in this country sux because it’s run by private companies who put profit before service.
