Seems kind of inappropriate for a member of the clergy to go to a performance of such filthy devil music...
Unfortunately, I couldn't get tickets for the toronto show. Dammit!
Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive, bubble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine. -- Dr. Perry Cox
I'm in Southern California. Last nights show was in San Diego, tonights is in Irvine. My only regret is that Sacramento is just a tad too far away to drive to, else I'd be there too.
I'm going to the one in Mountain View and Sac is only an hour away! Too bad it's virtually impossible to get tickets. I thought I was going Friday night but I am actually going Saturday night.

Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice, pull down your pants and slide on the ice.
Did they play basically the entire new album and nothing else at the show you went to? That was the only thing that dissapointed me, not nearly enough old stuff. The part where they brought tricky out was actually kinda cool I thought.
Tricky was the opening band at the concert I went to, but we waited and got there 2 min's before tool came on. Now the concert I went to was the same they played all new and not that many old songs. I was a little disappointed too, but then I thought it was cool that they were ignoring requests from the audience. They had there whole concert set up perfectly. But it did seem like at the end of the concert that they played 6 half hour songs. The part where it seemed like they were trying to hypnotize the audience was pretty funny, we sat down for that song. Kinda upset me that this loser behind me decided he was a back up singer and sang every song as loud as he could (and very badly. And the teenagers in front of me kept complaining about seeing dick (in a yelling manor for everyone to know they did not feel comfortable with it at all. I mean come on.. Tool is one of a kind.. and very artistic, if you can't take them for all there worth then don't bother showing up. You didn't see me complaining about all the naked women. of course why would I.. lol I did think it was cool that he sang in the back of the band the whole concert in his underwear though, it wasn't about him, it was about the band as a whole. that was pretty kewl. Over all it was a good concert, with a few disappointments. But oh well Tool rocks.. what more can i say
