  • changed movie titles for American market?

Can someone please help? I thought I saw a list on here but a search isn't helping!

I'm looking for a list of movies that have different titles in the UK and US releases.

    Anyone?

    TIA

    Tony.

I don't know where you can get a list, since it's really quite common. But if you look up a movie on www.imdb.com, you can find all of its released titles.

Two that come to mind are Army of Darkness and Harry Potter.
Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

      Hi Rob

I already tried IMDB, but it wont give me a list - I'm sure I've seen one on here, or at least a link to one. Some of the all time classics are on it - 'Ice cold in Alex' for example.

BTW, do Americans know what a philosopher is?

      Cheers

      Tony.

          Mr. Andrews,

You're probably looking for something like

Ice cold in Alex----------- Desert attack
Drake of England------------ Elizabeth of England
Went the Day Well---------------Forty Eight Hours
Monte Carlo or Bust---------Those daring young men in their Jaunty Jalopies
See you in hell darling---------An American Dream

Was Drake's first name really Elizabeth? I thought it was Francis

"Drake of England------------ Elizabeth of England"
