A flatmate here is moving out and we need to find someone to move in with us.

Sorry I'm in japan, but if your really stuck, go put up some notices at the Uni, or contact the Overseas Student association.

Usually an overseas student (female is better, the boys tend to be slobs) has parents paying for everything, they will pay money up front and be fairly curtious and respectful of other peoples property.
