English doesn't borrow from other languages. It follows them down dark alleys, knocks them over, and goes through their pockets for loose grammar.

They should have made the red pads on the paws lightup with network traffic on X port! ... left paw (foot) would be port 1-4, right paw (foot) would be ports 5-8... left paw (hand) power... right paw (hand) collision (?) leds.

Come get the original 8 port Teddyborg™!

That surgery part doesn't look pretty... But the result IS cute, evil, cool, sick and probably even desirable to geek chicks
Love those eyes, but couldn't they have used red LEDs?

Hmm.. my hub says not to block ventilation because the thing generates heat. Wouldn't the insulation effect created by a stuffed bear be rather dangerous? I can see this thing bursting into flames during a Geek-Chick LAN party.

I would love to see the reaction..

Nothing a little ducting work and a small 40 mm fan couldn't fix Plus, the newer switches don't generate near as much heat as the old hubs designs.

            That remembers me...

I used to build the weirdest contraptions around my home-made circuitry. I made a powersupply in a bucket, a transistor radio in a king-size matchbox, a mini-amp in a cardboard box... Hell, I used even plastic chocolate boxes.

One of the niftiest recent innovations is the "amp in a cigarette box". It's quite literally a box of cigarettes, with the cigarettes removed and a tiny but interesting-sounding amplifier inserted. Runs on a 9-volt battery, accepts the usual guitar cord, has input and output (preamp!), and generates a horribly dirty sound. Lots of fun.
