If I might be so bold as to make a suggestion Gurm?

I'm assuming there will be teams dealing with the creation of the physical world this will all take place on, any major Non-Player Characters (or indeed, entire nations and races?) and any major plotlines or quests.
Therefore, it would probably be a good idea to create some forums for these teams too, as and when needed.
It also might be a good idea, once things get rolling, to have a forum or two specifically for the other teams to ask questions of each other - most notably the coders. EG "What do we want to do?" versus "What we can do."
Or appoint someone as liason for each team?

The most recent Burning Designs news is that we had a major server glitch that ate our entire forum! But we're back, bigger and badder than before!

We're on most of the day and night, someone is always in channel, and the forums are read hourly at least by a senior member of the team.

The game's name is Fractured Reality (Kudakarada Genjitsu, for the Japanese-minded, although I've likely misspelled that and Sasq will eat my lunch).

We're coming along nicely, with plenty of design already in the bag, a lot of the groundwork laid, and getting ready for the big server prototyping push.

We desperately need artists and programmers, though. Some of our members have recently bailed, and we have more work than we know what to do with.
