It can be found on the official pixar site (link in my signature). Other short movies by pixar are also on their website : www.pixar.com/shorts . The traditional outtakes and previews (ToyStory 2, A bugs life, ... can also be found in the section "feature films"). Be sure to check out the Monsters Inc. short film "Charades" !

Unfortunutaly, as "For the birds" is a new short movie, the ending is not present (it stops when the "big" bird lands on the wire). My guess is that the full version will be put online when it doesn't play in movie-theaters anymore.
