I'm STILL trying to get through all six episodes of the original Wolfenstein! Gonna hook a treadmill up to my 'puter so I don't feel so guilty about wasting all that time.

People don't forget Quake. I will not forget the first time I saw a Voodoo in action, neither the first DM games with my pals...

UT. The single game that i play almost every day for the past 2 years or so ... i CANNOT be more addicted to any other game.

Lately, MechWarrior 4. Great game, graphics, gameplay ... but most of all, great people (if you join the right unit ofcourse). The guys in the Clan Diamond Shark are simply great persons and what i consider friends. If anyone is interested in MW4 and joining MW4 Vengeance League, give me, Wombat or Hele a call.

                    Liz:

I had to set up a dedicated DOS box to run it (Wolfenstein and all my other old games). Really cooks on a P166 with 64 MB EDO RAM.

They just don't play well with FAT32.

                    (Best $20 I ever spent! )

                    (Last edit. Promise.)

Dogbert: What hapened to TheUnderdogs.org? When I go there, all I see is some "placeholder" search site apparently nothing to do with games

                      Where to get abandonware now?

The last game I really got into was BG2. After the depth of the game, FPS kinda lost their appeal. TFC was the only FPS that remotly interests me.

Damn, it's been a while since I'v been there cause I already downloaded most of the stuff I wanted.
This is a sad sad day
It was such a great site , with reviews and pictures of the original boxes.
                          I'll miss this site.

P.S. if ANYONE knows a good abandonware site - please give me the url

I know one or two, too - mostly german though, but that shouldn't make a big difference since many games are in english and there's not much text
