There was in fact phone calls from Matrox, what Ant didnt clarified is the purpouses of such a call.

They called him, and remarked to him that they have read on the Murcers boards that Ant has a problem with his host, then they proposed as a reward to him(since Space777 turned back home), to give him a space in their server.

But Ant of course refused, since he is afraid that many would hear about such phone calls, he modified the reason why these phonecalls were made.
