Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?
See, I'm just not into her. Everyone thinks she's so hot, but to me she's kinda horse-faced, too damn tall and gawky...
Am I the only guy in America who ISN'T into women that you could pick your teeth with?

You're not alone Gurm. I can't stand those female (??) walking sticks with toothpicks for legs either!!
BTW:
Jennifer Gardner has locked down the role of sometimes-assassin Elektra in the upcoming DareDevil movie. Daredevil will be starring Ben Affleck as the blind attorney/crimefighter and Michael Clarke Duncan as his nemesis "Kingpin" Fisk.
It looks like DareDevil will be R rated and a rather dark film in tone.

Other Marvel titles coming;
The Hulk (Eric Bana as Dr. Bruce Banner & Jennifer Connelly as Betty Ross). Ang Lee directing. We saw a trailer for this with Spider-Man and it looked pretty darned good.
Ghost Rider (Nicolas Cage as Johnny Blaze). Stephen Norrington is rumored to be directing (Blade)
X-Men 2 (same cast as before, but with Beast, Gambit & Nightcrawler as new characters. Also there is the possibility that IceMan and ShadowCat will have larger roles than in X-1)
From DC there are also Batman Beyond (live action), Batman Year One (origin prequel), Catwoman (Ashley Judd) and the possbility of a joint Batman/Superman project.
However, it would be morally WRONG to have a Superman movie that didn't star Chris Reeve. Whether or not the brooding, angst-ridden whatshisname from "Smallville" will prove to be a decent Supe remains to be seen when he actually starts flying (my guess - episode 1, season 2).

People though it would be wrong for Chris Reeve to play Supes because George Reeves had killed himslef and "would always be Superman", but it wasn't. Time moves on Chris Reeve won people over. Now that another transition is in order at least he's alive to appear on Smallville as a teacher.
I'd look for the transition to Superman to occur during season 3. The writers have stated that they look for the show to transition to film/Superman sometime after the 3rd year.

Another action movie where the government offers immunity for past crimes if the person would do a job/jobs for them. Is there anything new 'bout this movie that would seperate it from the rest?

Hmm.. Thought I remembered reading in an interview somewhere that the Smallville creators said no flying in this show. Something about wanting to connect with people on a more humanistic level (relationships, hardships, growing up). Of course, there seems to be an aweful lot of action already, so maybe they changed their minds, heh.
