Ordering stuff by phone....

Today a backorder arrived....
But not with stuff I had ordered....
I't came with 170$ of fans that I might have discused but definitly not ordered.

Instead of 5 zalman fans for 5,9$ i got 10 papst fans for 17$ each!!!

I started to phone in my orders because of how they mishandled emailorders, now I don't know what to do since they mishandle phone orders to...

Why can't I't just work!?!

If there's artificial intelligence, there's bound to be some artificial stupidity.
