      Now.

      Because I exist now, didn't exist in much of the past, and may not exist in the future.

      Probably

          Cars already can fly and land.

          The only problem is surviving the process :-)

            I've always fancied the late '60s. Maybe not to live there, but at least to visit from about '68 to 71.

            Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Cream and Hendrix as the soundtrack, and big muscle cars were approaching their peak.

            Ah, to be cruising the desert highways in a 69 Mustang Boss with Cream on the 8-track.

            I could live without CDs and Computers for a year or two, I think.

              The secret is to paint your car bright orange with a confederate flag on the roof and sound your 'Dixie' horn on takeoff.
              It always works - I've seen it on TV

                RichL;

                I was there....

                Dino 246-GT doing ~150 mph across the Nevada desert listening to Led Zeppelin's Whole Lotta Love at full blast on a Blauplunkt

                Beats the hell out of I-94 in Dearborn at 35 mph listening to Creed

                  I would say 16th century or even before that. Say sometime around 800 AD. I'm fascinated about the Middle Ages. It would have been cool just to travel to new places and explore for a lifetime. You just can't do that anymore (unless you go into space).
