  • The sun is up the sky is blue

Yes went for a nice long walk came back cooked lunch and then looked at the evil thing called a hedge. Yes it needs cutting so I got the trimmer out did 30 feet of it and the battery went flat.
Pretty sure I charged it up last time I used it so I reckon someone must have turned it off. Didn't want too do it anyway.
Still I'll have to do it tomorrow with a hangover.
Even got the car washed and the sunroof didn't leak when I did it.

Oh seeing a thread about cloning can't we create a hedge that self cuts???

Back in the early ninties when the rivers were running dry and never to run again according to the experts I booked a Holiday 2 weeks worth it'd been sunny and forecast to be sunny for the next week and guess what? The drought broke and it chucked down like I hardly ever seen, couldn't see a thing on the motorway and I was just waiting for some loony with terminator vision (They think) to drive into the back of me.
Basically I had a two foot vision all around me and I was in the middle lane and couldn't see to pull over.

Let me put it this way, it pays double a crappy job but half of a good one!

On weekends it's not busy so I have to say yes, but on week days it's defenitely not worth it.

Hehe, we had a dry spell here too. Sheesh, I didn't go to sleep until 6am (didn't drink, didn't do anything, just couldn't sleep), clear all night, finally go to sleep, and then one of my friends calls me at 9 and wants to know if I'll go to San Antonio with him and a few others, and right when I hang up it begins raining. Now how's that for a Saturday...

We're still going though. I gotta pack...

That is what me and my friends call the "Road Trip with ZokesPro Effect".

We usually end up leaving on a very nice day and it'll eihter snow so hard when we come back that you CANNOT see past the windshield or it'll rain so hard there will be a few inches on the road in the space of a few minutes! We even got some fog that was so bad we couldn't see past the car's front bumber.

Now this weather usually just appears either at the beginning of our road trip or right when we are coming back home.

                        Hence the name above.

Hope you have AC at home!

Update: It's a nice 70F outside and a cool 65F at work. There aren't any clouds here but we have rain once in a while.

We use "Swamp Coolers" down here because it's so dry. Normal humidity is 5-7% so they are usually good at cooling plus they add a bit of moisture to the air in the house.

Lately we have been getting afternoon thundershowers which is great but the swampcoolers don't work well if the humidity rises from the rain.

Maybe I should Mod the Swampcooler.... A few 150+watt Pelts around the tray that holds the water supply.
