That the reason all responses of sites from that side of the pond is so slow lately?

They filed for Chapter 11, which means protection from creditors until they can reorganize.
This doesn't mean going out of business; that's Chapter 7, which leads to liquidation of the entire company.
If all goes well they can emerge from a Chapter 11 bankruptcy in about a year.
