Crop Circles

So... I was in SunCoast last night, looking at DVD's (nothing good for a few weeks now), and I noticed a special video on crop circles... what with "Signs" coming out this summer and all.

However, this video was astonishing. It said, on the back, among other things...

"No science known to man can make these circles..."

"Are they messages from aliens?"

*sigh*

PEOPLE, HOW HARD IS THIS? IT'S A STUNT.

Multiple groups of people make them throughout the world as a stunt. It's been demonstrated, on camera! It's not aliens, it's not a mystery - it's kids playing pranks.

Anyone wanna "discuss" this? It just blew my mind that people still believe in this crap.

here in the netherlands someone turned himself in just yesterday confessing he made a cropcircle. Aliens, yeah right. If i was an alien i'd get away from earth as fast as possible, because eventually we'll eradicate ourselves.

Well, if I were an alien, I think I'd make some crop circles, just to see how the people react. (Imagine the jokes you could pull off !)

Weren't there other wild theories about the crop circles (earth radiation ? mysterious whirlwinds ?) ? I do believe there are some circles of which cannot be proven they were made by humans, but of course, no other theory could be proven (guess the people that did them, did a great job !).

I've heard all kinds of theories from Gaia, to ghosts, to aliens. I use to watch this stuff all the time when I was much younger. "Fact or fiction? You decide." I did and I stopped watching. Most people believe anything they are told. Just look at some of the more, shall we say, intense threads here.

I happen to know they are created by real aliens.
Crop Circles, HP Controlers, it's all the same.

i actually watched it done once.. by the aliens of course. twas very interesting.. i actually took pics of the little pink aliens. but GURM said that it was a stunt as well.. like i would have people dress up in little pink suits.. WHATEVER gurm.. he will realize one day.. he just has to see for himself *grinz*

It's well documented over here how they are made, a plank of wood and a bit of string basically. A couple of old geezers have been doing it over here for donkey's years and sparked it all off.

Talking of people believing crap their was a "documentary" on a few weeks back about these things called rods and how they were miniature space probes blah blah blah. Basically they were insects and birds flying fast through the field of view of video cameras, well that's my opinon anyway they could be alien probes I suppose. <a href="http://www.roswellrods.com/pre.html">Hey they have their own website</a>

Hehe. I've seen GREAT videos of a bunch of kids making those circles. There are about a half-dozen teams around the world. It's funny.

But sometimes "they" manage to do great crop circles.

This has to been taken a while to design on paper (more likely a computer) and then make it.

Nope. People go on and on about the complexity of it, but it's really just a bunch of kids. They demonstrated one of equal complexity to that on TV. Notice that many of the lines aren't straight at all... some curve and some bend... and the angles aren't perfect. It was drawn and done by hand, I wager.
