I weigh about 210-215 right now at 6'2, I could stand to loose about 10 lbs or so, but I tell myself the reason I dont fit too good into my 34 waist jeans is that they shrunk from being the drier too many times

Oh well the new apartment I'm moving into has a Gym and pool so I can start hitting up the Gym and stuff after work

Yeah - I've got that problem as well...

Actually, just lost the button on my trousers - at work! Most embarrassing... And it wasn't the thread that broke, but the button! Now to fashion something from a paperclip

I keep saying I'm gonna attach that treadmill to my 'puter so I can play Wolfenstein guilt free and get some much needed CVE in the process, but I don't have anywhere to put the damned thing!

          I need a bigger house!

I think you just invented a whole new market for healthy game controllers, especially track'n'field sims LOL. I don't think a marathon simulator would be too popular though!

They got 'em. Treadmills and exercise bikes you can plug into your computer and use to control programs by walking or pedelling. Some come with heartrate/BP monitors and CRTs built on. Fiendishly expensive, though.

I have managed to keep 200lbs at bay, but I am in no means in good shape.

There’s nothing wrong with my weight.
I'm only 3 inches to short!

Seriously, I last time I weighted me I was 80 pounds overweight according to BMI index

But that was almost a year ago and I know that I have lost some pounds… (The greatness of living by yourself, the salary don’t always reach the end of the month and then you’re on cans… )

But my main problems lie in my DNA…..

I just don’t loose any weight…. (My father and my sister both has the same problem, anything above the starvation line and…..)

                          Doc,

I guess that you can do crush tests on hardware with your bare hands

My BMI is 22.7 now - it used to be higher but since I started mountain biking and working out at the gym on a regular basis I have lost several kilograms. No, I don't look like Arnold Schwarzenegger (and I don't want to) - but it just feels better when you're not drowning in your sweat after running up a staircase...

Hmmm...i am normally around 65-70 kg most of the year but can hit 80 around christmas. I am an indian living in singapore where the festive season starts in Oct/Nov with Deepavali (Diwali) and ends in Feb/Mar with Chinese New Year. So you'll be visiting friends and relations during the whole period and you cant avoid the big dinners. *sigh* Its a vicious cycle.

My BMI is about 27. 165Lbs. And yes as opposed to agallag, I'm freakishly short. But I am quite happy with a BMI reading of 27. I expected it to be higher. Could lose about 15lbs and I'd be very happy.
