My Boss is awesome when it counts and generally he is good, but soemtimes he can be a real dick.
I've yelled at him a bunch of times, and I even called him a jackass to his face. He knows I do a great job and he knows that sometimes he acts like a retard. He's only 3 years older than me. Other than that we get along pretty good. My team likes him and he likes us, we don't often bump heads. He comes by my desk sometimes to tak about video games, which is cool.
We (Boss and Team) often bump head with the company though. Huge corporations often don't know what's going on in the front lines and they make slow and stupid descions that end up ****ing up the whole thing. They came close to losing our contract twice because of those corporate desicions.
that's when my boss steps in and kicks some ass!

lol....
my boss is apain in the but she is about 62 years old ... but when push comes to shove she always stands by me and aknwoleges my abilties... plus she also tolerates my dyslexia wich is more than i can say about other ppl i have worked for.... but this other day she was looking for something on her pc (which i could have found for her in just a few minuts) instead she had me sit behind her for 2hrs just incase she mesed up badly but i was not alowed to interfeer.... thus the reason she is a pain

My boss is great. It helps that he is my age I think, we think alot alike. For the most part he just sits back and lets me do my own thing, knowing that I'll get done what needs to get done.Comment

A few already know all about my boss... but needless to say he's one of those people who knows alot about his chosen profession (except anything technology related when it involves computers and software), but nothing about anything else... especially business management and people handling skills. I could go on, but I think by stating that he has a PhD and is an engineer should about sum it up.
On a side note: I am one of the few people here who do not refer to him as Dr. Dumbass*.
