Nope becuase they'd be a lot of shit left behind that would need disposing of carefully and properly rather than leaking out all over the place.

Ok...here's the totals for everyone up to 196, which excludes India and Pakistan.
RED is above ground
BLUE is below ground
By numbers:
USA: 215 815
USSR: 219 496
France: 50 159
China: 23 20
UK: 21 24
By megatonnage:
USSR: 247 38
USA: 141 38
China: 21.9 1.5
France: 10 4
UK: 8 .9
57% of the above ground totals were detonated between September 1961 and December 1962.
The USSR detonated 56% of the worldwide total megatonnage.
The USSR bombs created more fallout as a whole because they were often very large, inefficient devices of up to 100,000 kilotons. This left more unexploded fissile material and drew more soil up into the blast, which would later be cast into the jetstream to fall elsewhere.
US devices averaged <100 kilotons, with the largest device being 9,000 kilotons. The lagest deployed weapon in the US inventory has for some years been the W-87 & W-88 at 475 kilotons (MX silo missile and Trident-II submarine missile respectively).
The smallest confirmed nuclear weapon is the US Davey Crockett, weiging just 51 lbs and having a yeild of .1 kiloton.
Speculation is that the USSR's "suitcase" bomb was half as heavy and twice as powerful as the Davey Crockett.

All you need is ~10 kg of plutonium shaped as a sphere.

Nestle would lose their AAA credit rating immediately if they bought Hershey's (just happen to have been doing a bit of analysis on them recently...). There are less and less companies left in this "exclusive" club...DM says: Crunch with Matrox Users@ClimatePrediction.net

...at least it's Nestle' and not MacDonalds. Imagine, a Hershey bar chocked full of chicken nuggets...
no, it's just what's considered sacred that keeps changing. One guy's chocolate is another guy's money...How can you possibly take anything seriously?
Who cares?
