    How can you see the screen if your typing?

    Maybe it's me but I don't see how this is a stroke of genius!

      Maybe it's intended for presentations? (considering that you can turn the screen back to normal... )

            And it's probably a touch screen, and/or you use a stylus to write on it. I saw some clamtops like this a few years ago. With good handwriting recognition, they can be pretty nifty, and a good way to take notes.
            Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.

                Ack. That would suck. Laptops need to be durable when they are closed.

                        How about it like having two displays, connected at the top, with a "shield" for the display on the back, connected at the bottom, and having an integrated keaboard?

                        It'd look like this in use: _/\_
