Each murcer will get a limited budget to buy and equip a car. Let's say 20 grands.
Since we'll be going for low budget, we'll have to think about cheap yet ingenious ideas for making them cars real monstrosities.

Then we'll... Ehm, would you help me out here ?

I'm looking for something a "little" more gory. You know, car parts flying, body parts all over the place, rivers of blood, the usual stuff.

If you really want to get into it, you could search out some of the old Interstate 76 fansites for details of the AVA Divisions.
In the manner of the old Car-Wars card&board game, they'd come up with a stock pricelist for every car, modification and weapon and grouped cars by build cost into divisions.

So, how you'd fit your green hornet with 20k minus the hornet's price ?

Seeing as the Green Hornet is only worth about £1K (minus the ICE install) that gives me 19k to play with.

Hmm, lets see...
Start with a decent FIA spec rollcage, £500 or so, £2500 for a Rotrex Supercharger install and £500 for a 75bhp NOx kit and £500 to replace the glass with perspex panels for safety and weight saving.

That leaves £15000.
So I'd hop over here for a second hand Soviet T55, and spend the remaining £2500 on the victory party.

I've seen most of these vehicles at Latroon - the armored corps memorial site (most with nice hit marks).
I really wanted to have one of them amphibian toys.
