    Damn! 100$ for ISDN?!?
Here you get ISDN installed for free (operators NT) if you already have an analogue phone line and pay 15$ monthly for 2x64Kbps lines, 3 different tel. numbers and possibility to also connect analogue equipment...
1 hour of surfing will cost you .30$ with one channel (64Kbps), double that for 128Kbps connection...
Telephone is .03$ for one minute local call... Not sure for international... Not bad at all, but still pretty slow...
ADSL is extremely expensive though... For 384/128 connection with 1Gb limit ( ) you have to pay around 200$ for installment and 40$ a month... Additional Mb of data is 0.1$ plus... That's about insane, eh?

here, ISDN costs about 25 EUR, IIRC. 2 lines, up to ten numbers.

The only ADSL variant widely available is 768/128k. Costs 10-20 EUR for the "line" (depending on whether you have analog, isdn, or any special phone tarriffs - stupid and complicated system), plus 15-30 EUR for the flat. Not limited at all. Recently, an option for twice that speed has emerged, I don't know the prices though, but I think they are about doubled, too.
