A women who lives near me who may have encouraged local yobs to smash her neighbours house up and burn the summer house down seems to have attracted their wrath and is now subject to vandalism by the same yobs.
Possibly this maybe due to them feeling that she may have grassed them up.
Her house is now up for sale which is far as I'm concerned serves her right. However the continuing devolpment of rule by yob culture in our area is disturbing and still is being ignored by the local police.

I expect none of the yobs were moving fast enough to set off any of the thousand Gatso camera that are springing up all over the place, so the Police wont care.


Whats the point in nabbing a teenage yob vandalising things when the courts arent interested and he'll be back on the streets inside half a day.
Not when they can catch a motorist driving at 34mph in a 30 zone and give him 3 points and a stiff penalty fine which he hasnt got much chance to dodge.

Our Police are under-funded, under-supported, unappreciated and demoralised.

Perhaps if the courts convicted criminals quicker and gave harsher penalties (including under 16s) and the prisons were more concerned with the welfare of the people outside than the criminals inside, and if the government wasnt pressuring the Police to save money, cut back, and turn a profit by the use of fines (mostly against the motorist), then maybe the Police would actually get back to wanting to catch criminals and become a respected institution again.

Of course the answer is to become a yob yourself. Hey, if it's profitable and the cops don't care..

Maybe the first thing you could vandalize would be those cameras.

Can't become a yob I'd feel guilty if I broke one of their legs.
I can understand the Police being demoralised due to courts and the european court of human right dead heads that protect criminals.
As for being unappreciated thats there own fault as their mannerisms leave a lot to be desired. Ever tried reporting a crime?? You walk out wondering why you bothered trying in the first place.

Young male/female that displays the following habits.

1) Doesn't know right or wrong.
2) Noisy in public, swears and spits a lot.
3) Enjoys gathering in gangs and intermidating other people.
4) Enjoy pointless violence.
5) Enjoy pointless vandalism.
6) Suffer from a lack of Brain cells so they can't do something more intelligent or useful.
7) Since they're young generally can be considered above the law due to dogooders and dumb Judges and European court of crimos rights.
