      When you work in QA, every day is boring. Usually an 'interesting' day is a very bad day cause either there's pressure or somebody found out I'm 'dilberting' 98% of the time here.

        Um...hasn't the Supreme Court deemed the DCMA unconstitutional yet?

          Not entirely. There have been "convictions" under parts of it, and "actions" taken as a result of it, but nothing that wouldn't have happened anyway without it.

          And yes, most of it is up for appeal and/or challenge.

          And there are several laws on the table now that would supercede or make moot many of the points in the DMCA.

          Additionally, most of the major lobbying groups in the country (other than the MPAA/RIAA) are against it.

          It never should have passed. I have no idea how Clit-non snuck it in.
