Sniper: white delivery truck found w/bullet casing inside....

The ballistics report is due in the morning as to if it matches those casings found previously.

If if matches the problem is that the truck was found at a car/truck rental agency near Dulles Airport.

Also; the sniper hasn't struck in days and missed a Friday.

Whatcha bet he/they are on their way back to where they came from?

If it was terrorists this series of shootings could have just been a feasibility study of basic tactics and methods. One of the former assistant directors of the FBI stated this on CNN last night.

And that rental info won't help if they used false ID's & cards, which is a common tactic they use. Anyone can open a basic checking account anywhere in the world & get a VISA Check or MC Check card, which operates just like a credit card.

Also; they may not have gone home, where ever that is. They may have just moved their base of operations

They now think the truck/casing clue was not connected to the sniper. The casing was for a 7.62 mm (.30 caliber) round and not the 5.56 mm (.223 caliber) being used by the sniper.
