My guess is that it's something like ankylosing spondylitis or rheumatoid arthritis: a genetic predisposition set off by a viral infection.

Other reports state that it's likely not just California or the US but the entire industrialized world, at least.

There has been a lot of press on the subject lately. I remember reading about researcher working to induce autism in order to create geniouses.

It is interesting though that most of the studies are concentrated on the severe cases and somewhat ignoring the mild cases which may prove in the long run the answer to the problem.

autism is caused by vaccination. the unlucky kid that gets one with too much mercury or aluminum to be exact or it is not mixed properly at the laboratory. what happens is, once injected the nerve endings in the brain and nervous system of the child are singed and so the kid is in short circuit mode for the rest of his life as a result unless they die from it which is often the case (called SIDS - sudden inffant death syndrome). there have been some cases which where reversed using a powerful array of natural medicines and techiques but never 100%. the cause of autism has been proven in emperical laboratory studies, only the Rx nazi poison shot people are keeping a lid on it as they always do. the same people making the vaccinations are the same people making the Rx nazi poison pills and likewise, they are the same people responsible for tainting the food supply with their shitty GMOs (genetically modified organisms). there has been a 1000+ percent rise in autism cases in the last year or so which parallel's the MMR vaccination among other Rx nazi poison shots so think twice before you get any vaccinations or even worse, give one to you child! if you need a vaccine waiver let me know. they are also the same people responsible for pesticides put on the crops which are poison essentially, POPS for example like DDT which is now banned in USSA but still used in 3rd world countries. the sick fuks got rid of their surplus poison to 3rd world countries.

Autism-spectrum disorders definitely seem to run in families. My sister-in-law's daughter is autistic. At least one of my wife's aunts exhibited symptoms of Asperger's Syndrome, as does my elder son. Hyperactivity disorder is also related, and common in my wife's family.

That MMR vaccinations are the direct or only cause is HIGHLY doubtful. If it were, with 'prox' 80% of the US population vaccinated, These disorders would be ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE more common.

A few guidelines about conspiracies.. they need to have a motive. Not a trumped-up ridiculous excuse motive, but a real one. Look at the baser human motivations.. Greed is the usual one. Power is another. Another good guideline is to never attribute to design what can be easily explained by stupidity.

like I said they are covering it up bigtime and it is obvious with that post from autism-society.org I know several people who had perfectly normal children until they where vaccinated. my sister is an expert in this field and has a Ph.D in special education and all of the autism children she works with, the parents all say the same thing, "the vaccinations took my child away from me!" and of course often, they start crying and all this too. now, if anyone here has a direct hand in this field as my sister does, you make sure and let me know. I would be happy to talk to them.

In the uk mmr is one of the popular possible causes of autism, wherever or not this is the case, I still do not want my 2 month ols child to have the tripple injection, I will spend cash on three seperate injections. The last uk gov investigation into the matter only summarised previous studies which in my view is a cop out.
There seems to be evidence that the measles virus causes the formentioned issues.

I am just not willing to take the chance of a mmr jab with my child.
