    Spurm you are a moron.

If you can't see the truth of the lies we live behind, you are blind to your own sight!

    Look:

    Look Again:

physics, history of science, pseudoscience, hoaxes, writing, education, skepticisism, humor, quotes, illusions, 3d stereo photography.

Deprogramming the masses since 1547, the Flat Earth Society has long been dedicated to the Flat Earth principles which define our organization.

EVERYTHING you believe is a lie of truth. ALL of IT.

Even in the mouths of babes is there truth of lies:

This website is for sale! nambla1.de is your first and best source for all of the information you’re looking for. From general topics to more of what you would expect to find here, nambla1.de has it all. We hope you find what you are searching for!

But SPURM has one true lying truth to him. The MILK, it is bad. Is it coincidence that asian do not drink MILK? No other animal drink MILK of other animal! Why are we human those who drink MILK of other animal like COW or GOAT?

    See:

    MILK

    IS

    BAD

But of all else is Spurm the mistaken! Lies and truth are all that we have, if we lie to the truth, how will we tell the truth for lies?

You Brian are in danger too. You should not be so quick to point out what the powerful and mighty want concealed. We supposedly live in "America", which is the "land of the free and brave home".

But the TRUTH is that you could be consumed by the LIES.

And that is what they want.

Be careful, or you might fall into their trap.

The Devil's greatest trick is in making people think that he exists.

Actually the Devil's greatest trick would be in making people believe that he is something entirely different than what he is.

Erm well first off I would have had to have wished for something, which I did not. That and I don't wish for anything.

Oh and be careful what "truths" you spout off, they may come back to smack you in the face when you finally realize that none of us know the complete truth to this world and our existance, to think otherwise is ignorant and presumptious.

                    JW,

Don't try to engage him in debate. It's like when someone jumps up and down and yells "THE END IS NEAR!", jumping up and down and yelling "NO IT ISN'T!" can only make it worse.

Then again, who am I to talk? My tactic thus far (mocking the idiots) has proven fairly futile, don't you think?

I'm the least you could do, oh yeah

                    I would still get screwed

Yeah I know, just couldn't help myself. Sometimes all the fun is in stocking the fire only to see it snuffed out when the winds come blowing through.

I thought the mocking was going fairly well actually.

As far as tylenol is concerned you need 30 pills for an average adult to get in the toxic range, and thats in one shot. So basically you have to take THE WHOLE BOTTLE. So this medication is prolly still one of the safest around...

Basically, for an adult you'll have problem with suicide attempt, thats about it.

For children things are differrent since its mostly young one who are emptying bottle not knowing what they do, and they are smaller so toxic dose is reach more easily.

As far as alcohol is concerned, its people with CHRONIC alcool usage who are at risks, or those with liver cirrhosis, because alcohol uses some of the enzymes needed for the metabolism of tylenol, hence the lower toxic dose in chronic alcohol drinker (still need a lot of pills tough)

When I was working the ER we would get several acetominophen poisoning cases a month.

                          The problem is that with most drugs the toxic dose is a double digit multiple of the theraputic dose. With acetominophen this isn't the case; the toxic dose can be a single digit multiple of the theraputic dose;

Adult theraputic dose: 1000 mg (2 tabs)
Adult toxic dose: 7500 mg (14+ tabs...don't laugh!)
Child toxic dose: 1000 mg (2 tabs)

It's also very critical to treat the overdose FAST. The effects start showing up at 16-24 hours and peak at 48 hours and out. Wait too long and you migt as well put 'em on the transplant list.

Besides the twitchy dose you also run into the problem that anyone with already reduced liver function will build up toxic blood levels in short order with much lower doses.

Unfortunately a lot of things you wouldn't notice without blood tests can reduce liver function, including other medications...both over the counter and prescription, and old age. This means that for an adult that 14 tabs required for an overdose can be drastically reduced. Unfortunately those old folks who are in a lot of arthritic pain often OD on acetominophen thinking it's "safe"

Oddly enough; alcohol ingestion can offer some protection to the liver from acetominophen poisoning.

Dangerous stuff....enough so I won't let it into my house. It's hell on wheels if a kid under 6-7 gets hold of it.

jackzod - 30 pills of most any OTC drug will only give you a stomach ache.

Again, please read the references. They are all in disagreement with your assessment.

Dr. Mordrid - Don't overlook the fact that daily alcohol consumption often brings the toxic dose of acetaminophen down to the level of the highest recomended therapeutic dose.

Also, for treatment of Tylenol poisoning, after a certain time, there is no way to stop total liver failure. Death or transplant.

I guess I was noting an exception to your statement, that is in the case of moderate chronic drinking which lowers the toxic levels (increases the toxic effect) and thus increases the dangerous nature of the drug.
