Well we all know that anyway. The same was said over recording from radios hence a tape levy. Probably the reason why sales are falling is that most modern bands are crap and are basically stuffed dummies that couldn't play live to save there lifes.Last edited by The PIT; 23 October 2002, 10:32. -
No "probably" to it. They're nothing but middling garage bands with better clothes and hair stylists
Maybe that's why all the record stores here are carrying such a high proportion of oldie albums

Even the new dummie groups are covering (badly) old songs from sixties onwards. Nothing like the baby next to you the pub saying have you heard this it's brilliant (Thinking it's a orginal record) and they look at you stunned when you say you've got the orginal and it was released in 19xx.Comment

I agree. At some point that signal becomes analog (as when it hits a speaker). At that point it can be duped......maybe not with full digital quality, but it will be copied.
