"Good. We've got a routing issue between the BGP network and the OSPF network at the Ops Centre" (nb : 2 hours hard drive away)
"Arrrrrrrrrgh!"
Repeat at 1:30am, 3:00am, and 5:00am when the Problem Manager forgot I'd told her I'd fixed it at 3am and the Ops Centre would call me first next time it happened.
